RBI Grade B Phase-I Exam Date 2023 - 09th & 16th July 2023

RBI Grade B Phase-II Exam Date 2023 - 30th July, 2nd September, 19th August 2023

Age Limit:

The RBI has established age requirements to sit for the RBI Officer (Grade "B") examination. To apply for the RBI Grade B exam in 2023, candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 30 (inclusive).

The upper age restriction shall be 32 and 34 years, respectively, for candidates with M.Phil. and Ph.D. credentials.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any subject, or an equivalent technical or professional qualification, with a minimum grade point average of 60% (or 50% for SC, ST, or PwBD applicants), or post-graduation, or an equivalent technical qualification, with a minimum grade point average of 55% (or pass marks for SC, ST, or PwBD applicants).

Candidates who have passed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India's Final Examination for Membership are also eligible to apply.

Any such full-time course taken from a recognized university or institute after graduating that is at least two years long and is recognized by the government as being equal to post graduation will be eligible for entrance to the exam.

A Master's Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Integrated Economics Course, or Finance from a recognized Indian or Foreign University or Institute with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in the sum of all semesters or years.

A Master's degree in statistics, mathematical statistics, mathematical economics, econometrics, or statistics and informatics from IIT-Kharagpur or IIT-Bombay, or an equivalent grade, with a minimum of 55% overall in all semesters or years.
