When Om is properly shouted, it cleanses our bodies. We not only experience the disappearance of our negative energy, but we also purge poison and barriers from our body and mind. If we chanted for at least 5 to 6 minutes every day, in a matter of weeks we would see abrupt changes in our bodies, including: mental stability, concentration on every task, longevity, soul purity, bliss, good health, and a host of other things. Therefore, the best and simplest way we can practice it is to speak with Om and concentrate on breathing in and out.
