  • PM-YUVA 2.0 Scheme 2022–23 applicants who had qualified for PM-YUVA Scheme 2021–22 (Final Result only) are not eligible.

  • Participants in PM-YUVA 2.0 should not have any obligations from their personal, professional, or educational lives that would interfere with the counseling program.
  • As on October 2, 2022, the contestant's maximum age must be exactly 30 or less.
  • The deadline for manuscript submission through MyGov is January 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.
  • PM-YUVA 2.0 Scheme submissions must only be nonfiction.
  • After submission, the book proposal's topic cannot be changed.

  • Per person, there should only be one entry. Those who have previously submitted can do so again. They will be judged to have withdrawn their previously submitted entry in that situation. In the end, each participant's one entry will only be considered.
