A notification regarding the Head Teacher Vacancy has been released by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Age Limit:

The maximum age is 58 years old.

60 is the predetermined age at which one can retire from old age.

Qualifications:

Graduation from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% of the possible points.

Candidates who meet any of the following requirements will be exempt from the minimum score requirement by 5%: SC, ST, EBC, BC, Differently Able/Female, and EWS.

The degrees of "Aalim" from Maulana Mazharul Haque Arbi & Persian University, Patna / Bihar State Madarsa Education Board and "Shastri" from Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University will be considered as equivalent to graduation.

Being certified as a D.El.Ed., B.T., B.Ed., B.A.Ed., B.Sc.Ed., or B.L.Ed. A candidate must pass both the qualified instructors eligibility test and the qualified efficiency exam in order to be hired as a teacher. Instructors employed after 2012 are also required to pass this exam.

Having worked as an elementary school teacher for at least eight years straight, either in urban local body institutions or Panchayat Raj institutions, instructing children in basic grades.

A graduate teacher whose qualifications have been verified by urban or Panchayati Raj bodies.

The joining date or the training eligibility date, whichever comes later, shall be used to compute the aforementioned time range.
