English shorthand and tying certificates with the requisite minimum speed.

- English shorthand-computer typing test with a speed of 100 wpm for 400 words only, or at a rate of 100 wpm for 4 minutes, 20 wpm for transcription, and 10 wpm for shorthand revision right after dictation. - A typing test in English at a rate of 40 words per minute.
