Indian Army 62nd SSC (Tech-Men) and 33rd SSC (Tech-Women) Recruitment 2023

For the purpose of granting Short Service Commissions (SSC) to unmarried male and unmarried female engineering graduates as well as to the widows of Indian Armed Forces defense personnel who died in action, the Indian Army has announced the 62nd SSC (Tech-Men) and 33rd SSC (Tech-Women) courses, which will begin in April 2024. Candidates can read the notification and submit an online application if they are interested in the contents of the position and meet all eligibility requirements.

Important Dates:

Starting Date for Online Applications: June 20, 2023, at 15:30.

The deadline to apply online is July 19, 2023, at 5:00 PM.

Age Limit:

20 to 27 Years for SSC (T)-62 Men and SSCW (T)-33 Women. candidates who were born between April 2, 1997, and April 1, 2004, inclusive.

Only for widows of members of the Indian Armed Forces who passed away while being tethered:

Maximum age for SSCW (Non Tech) [Non UPSC] and SSCW (Tech) is 35 as of April 1, 2024.

Qualifications: In regards to SSC (Tech) (Men & Women) :

Candidates who have completed or are enrolled in their final year of the required engineering degree course.

Widows of defense personnel who passed away while being restrained :

Graduation in any discipline qualifies as SSCW (Non Tech) (Non UPSC).

BE or B.Tech in Any Engineering Stream, SSCW (Tech).
