Subject- complaint about the neighborhood's poor parking practices

Respected Sir,

I want to draw your attention to the unruly parking behaviors of the locals. It is causing a lot of turmoil and leaving people who return late with nowhere to park. 

Despite indicating the space each vehicle is given, vehicles are placed between two parking slots. One car takes up space that should hold five or six, which results in poor management. Two-wheelers are not allowed to be parked in the designated zone. 

Other individuals then have a difficult time getting parking in other areas, which causes problems for them. 

It raises tension and frustration for the safety of the automobiles. The rule breakers have received numerous letters and warnings, but to our disappointment, nothing has changed. I beg you to take stern action since this is causing residents to fight.

The severity of the situation calls for immediate and effective action.
