Subject- Complaint about defective air conditioner

Respected Sir,

My purchase date was April 9, 2023, and the invoice number is [Invoice No.]. I bought an air conditioner machine.

Despite all of our efforts, the machine abruptly quit functioning last week and hasn't since. 

After the midnight, the machine shuts off, which leads to a lot of issues. Additionally, the machine has recently started making loud noises and less cold that are inconvenient for us.

Send a specialist to fix it and, if necessary, get it replaced within the next week.
