Subject- complaint about inadequate customer support.

Respected Sir,

On June 9th, 2023, I bought a washing machine with the model number [Model No.] and invoice number [Invoice No.].

On Wednesday, the washing machine was installed, and I was horrified by the technician's awful customer care.

First first, while installing the washing machine, the technician scraped it against a wall without telling me. The guy then acted rudely and refused to respond when I questioned how several functions worked. Finally, the technician left a few components incomplete, which is why the washing machine is currently unusable.

Send another specialist to fix it, and deal with this behavior by taking the proper measures.
