I'm writing to express my displeasure with the LCD system's flaw in relation to the [Bill No.] I paid for on [Purchase Date] from your shop.

For three months, the monitor system operated well, but for the past two days, it has not. As the light breaks are played, the system repeatedly crashes. Additionally, the monitor will suddenly stop and force the system to restart. 

I want to get the LCD system replaced as soon as possible because it still has five months left on its warranty.

I kindly ask that you look into this issue right away and supply a replacement LCD system of the same brand.
